How It Works: In-Person Classes

  • Our various programs meet the demands of every child, whether his/her goal is to improve an academic record or to excel in a competition.

  • Upon enrollment, your child will be assessed by one of our professionals. The assessment results will help us design a suitable curriculum for your child.

  • To encourage a classroom environment, we arrange our students in groups prior to their first class. However, before our students enter a group setting, we organize one-on-one sessions for a period of time, usually a month.

  • One of the keys to our success is communication between the student, parents/guardians, and teacher as well as annual meetings with the center director.

    • At any time if you would like to meet with the director, you must schedule a meeting on our "book online" page.

  • It is your responsibility to drop off and pick up your child on time. If you don't, you will be fined a late fee.

    • Students cannot loiter in our hallways or disturb ongoing classes.

  • If your child is going to miss a class, you must inform the center director 24 hours prior to the class. Following this protocol will ensure that your child receives his/her worksheets for the work, which can be picked up during the week.

  • It is your child's responsibility to be prepared for class with his/her supplies and materials: pencils, colored pencils or crayons, paper, rulers, classwork & homework.

    • It is the student and teacher's duty to complete classwork as it is the student and parent/guardian's duty to complete homework.

      • Parents must notify the student's teacher about incomplete homework with a written note.

How It Works: Virtual Classes

  • Our various programs meet the demands of every child, whether his/her goal is to improve an academic record or to excel in a competition.

  • Our virtual classes are conducted through Zoom. It is the parents'/guardians' responsibility to make sure the student understands how to use Zoom, including the microphone and chat features.

    • If your child is in pre-kindergarten or kindergarten, parents must be present for the entire class.

  • To sign up for our virtual classes, first reserve a meeting under "virtual class new student registration" on our "book online" page.

    • During the 30 minute meeting, one of our professionals will assess your child. Our assessment results will help us design a suitable curriculum for your child.

  • Teachers may suggest a course for your child, but it is the parents' decision to enroll in either one-on-one or group classes.

  • To accommodate everyone's needs, you may choose to have either hard copies (printed material) shipped (non-locals / outside of Bentonville) or picked up or soft copies of worksheets. â€‹

  • Frequent communication between the student, parents/guardians, and teacher as well as annual meetings with the center director.

  • It is your responsibility to log into class on time or notify your student's teacher if you will not attend a class. Teachers have tight schedules and may not be able to accommodate a makeup class. Therefore, when students miss a group class, we ask them to watch the recording of the class and email the teacher if they have any questions about the homework. We do our best to reschedule one-on-one classes for another time.

  • It is your child's responsibility to be prepared for class with his/her supplies and materials: pencils, colored pencils or crayons, paper, rulers, classwork & homework.

    • It is the student and teacher's duty to complete classwork as it is the student and parent/guardian's duty to complete homework. â€‹
